We are signed up to have a booth at the Benton County Fair.

We have a 10x10 space this year at the Benton County Fair. This is a great opportunity for us to promote our market as the fair is attended by 35,000 people.

In addition to advertising, we can sell our products. If we utilize all of our horizontal space we can display and a lot of product.

Vendors wishing to sell their products at the fair pay a commission of 20%.

Volunteers are needed to:
* help design the booth
* assist with setting up and taking down the booth
* assist in keeping the booth stocked.
* (wo)man the booth for an hour or two to give me a break

Would you like your products to be included in the fair display?

Would you like to volunteer to help make this a success?

Booth Supplies

Metal Booths

Creative Shelters in Springfield has an excellent selection of booth supplies. They are very friendly and helpful. They have an interactive website that will help you design a booth, and their sales staff is available via their toll free number to answer any questions you may have.

One of my favorite things they carry is fittings to make a booth out of electrical conduit pipes. These booths are inexpensive (my 8x12 stage, including tarps and extras, was about $130). You can use the fittings to have different size booths. In other words, you can use the same fittings for your 8x8 booth one weekend, and then change the length of pipes you are using and have a 10x10 booth the next weekend.

Flame retardant white tarps are available at Creative Shelters in Springfield. They can be found on the web at www.creativeshelters.com. (The tarp is on this page)

Wooden Booths

Check out these easy to build, quick to put up wooden booths. I bought all the materials to build mine for only $48. The Eugene Saturday Market has given us the use of these plans. You can find them at http://www.eugenesaturdaymarket.org/pdf/BoothPlans.pdf

The covers for these booths are available at www.creativeshelters.com. They have reasonable prices on both their products and shipping.

Thank You Footwise for sharing your display window with Corvallis Artisans Market.
