I have read and understand the Corvallis Artisans Market Handbook and am bound by the terms and conditions outlined in it. I understand that the Corvallis Artisans Market has the right to modify the Member Handbook as necessary and that it is my responsibility to be updated of any rule changes. Any item that I sell at the Corvallis Artisans Market is of my own creation and is created or produced in my presence and under my direct and personal supervision. I agree to sell only items that are similar in type and workmanship as the items listed on this application. Any other products will require prior authorization. Vendor is responsible for the quality and safety of their product and vending space.
